So löschst du dein Konto

Direkt in der App (empfohlen):

Öffne Tap2Card und melde dich an.
Gehe zu Einstellungen → Konto löschen und bestätige.

Ohne App (per E-Mail): Falls du keinen Zugriff mehr auf die App hast, sende uns eine E-Mail von der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos:

Was wird gelöscht?

Dein Konto und deine Anmeldedaten
Deine digitale Visitenkarte (Name, Position, Firma, Kontaktdaten, Adresse)
Alle hochgeladenen Profilbilder
Empfangene Visitenkarten in deiner Kontaktliste
Die „Mit Apple anmelden“-Verknüpfung (wird widerrufen)
Alle weiteren mit deinem Konto verknüpften Daten

30 Tage Widerrufsfrist. Nach der Anforderung wird dein Konto zur Löschung vorgemerkt und du wirst abgemeldet. Innerhalb von 30 Tagen kannst du die Löschung abbrechen, indem du dich einfach wieder anmeldest. Danach werden dein Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten dauerhaft und unwiderruflich gelöscht.

How to delete your account

In the app (recommended):

Open Tap2Card and sign in.
Go to Settings → Delete account and confirm.

Without the app (by email): If you can no longer access the app, email us from your account's email address:

What gets deleted

Your account and login credentials
Your digital business card (name, job title, company, contact details, address)
All uploaded profile pictures
Received business cards in your contact list
The “Sign in with Apple” grant (revoked)
All other data associated with your account

30-day grace period. After you request deletion, your account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out. For 30 days you can cancel it by simply signing in again. After that, your account and all associated data are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
